1. Our Promise

At Efal Store, we stand behind the quality and fit of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items NOT eligible for return include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or items marked as non-returnable

  • Worn, damaged, or altered garments


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@efalstore.click with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will:

  • Inspect the condition within 3–5 business days

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery at info@efalstore.click

  • Include photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider

  • It may take several business days before the refund appears
